Well let me give you a preview of Bushwacker III.
They are building
my boat right now and it should be ready in March

This yacht
is ready to go cruising with all the comforts of home and more.
3 staterooms,
sleeps 8.
Head with separate shower.
300 gallons of water with a 200 gallon a day water
maker. On demand propane hot water heater for almost unlimited hot water.
340 gallons of fuel will give you a 4000+ mile cruising range without stopping
for fuel.
88HP Isuzu Diesel (1496 hours) with 3 blade Martek feathering prop move you along at a very
fast pace
when your not enjoying a beautiful sail.
Bushwacker is a ketch design with New mizzen and jib. Double reef Main sail is
in great condition.
Also includes Spinnaker and a few other sails, some I have not used. 2 Deck poles
for down wind runs.
My record is 10.4 Knots down wind without a spinnaker.
Up wind the Bushwacker has seen 12+ Knots. She is fast, beautiful and
comfortable.

New Westerbeke
4KW diesel genset (28 hours) delivers quiet AC power when you need it.
The Bushwacker is also equipped with a Heart 2500W inverter and 4 8D AGM gel
cells (new 2006)
for those nights when you want absolute quiet.
The Bushwacker features 2 networked on board Dell computers for multimedia
entertainment and navigation.
The sunken salon features a 42' plasma TV \ computer monitor with 100W Dolby 7.1 surround sound
theater with 2 DVD players.
She also comes equipped with a KVH self tracking DirecTV satellite TV dish,
so you
will never miss your favorite shows or local programs.
Flat panel displays in V Berth and aft cabin. Real mattresses in all cabins for
a comfortable nights sleep.
Galley is
equipped with a propane 4 burner Force 10 stove and oven, Over sized stainless
steel sink.
on demand propane hot water heater for showers and dishes. On deck propane
locker holds two propane tanks.
Refrigerator and freezer (110v and engine drive) keep food cold and having ice cream in Mexico is a
reality.
Dinning table seats 4.
Caribe 12'
hard bottom with 25HP Mercury OB launch from a custom davit system and mount on
the transom.
This will move you around quickly when at anchorage or scuba diving off shore.
Dodger and bimini cover for summer sailing and complete matching cockpit enclosure for those cooler destinations (new 2006).

West Marine BBQ and bait table also on the aft deck. Deck chairs and hammock for the bow. You add the sunshine (new 2007).

75lb CQR
with 300' chain, deck wash down, and a powerful Simpson Lawrence windless with foot controls.
Danforth stern anchor with 250' of line.
32 Mile
open array Furuno radar, 3 Fix mounted GPS systems, 3 fixed mounted ICOM VHF radios,
SGC SSB radio,
electronic charts and more.
Avon 8 man life raft in on deck mount. 2 EPIRB's.
Electrical wiring
and panels, instruments, electronics, furnishings, mattresses, TV, AV systems,
microwave, appliances, lines and many optional
accessories have all been added or replaced over the past few years.
Haul out
and bottom job completed Nov 2007. Nice smooth bottom...
I have had several emails on what
type of hull design she has. This picture should help with that.
It is a fin keel design. You can see now why she is so fast in the water. She
also draws about 7.5 feet.
This boat
is ready to go.... Located in Alameda California at Marina
Village Yacht Harbor
Most of the boat has been gone through from end to end and is fairly new and
updated.
