Korth's Pirates Lair

We used Korth's "The Pirates Lair" as a home base for launching the boat, getting fuel, ice, and for the land head.

  

Yes, the Predator was a regular at the fuel dock, we used about $300 worth in the 10 days we were there.

  

The facilities are nice and they have the best cheese burgers around.

Kip and Kandy run the place and it has been in the family since 1937.

The land head was a regular stop every morning and Jamie was not ashamed to use the Women's if necessary.

  

ICE machine was a big plus as we needed about 20 lbs. a day to keep everything frozen.
We knew we were welcomed when we saw the "Welcome Bushwacker" flag flying at the fuel dock.
