San Francisco and South Beach Marina
We found what could be the next Bushwacker at South Beach Marina
We all took a walk down to
Pier 39 and Hyde Street Pier
where there is a collection of old ships
Not to mention a great view. It was hot and sunny unlike most SF days
Both days were filled with races and we had great seats at Aquatic Park
Next stop was the Palace of Fine Arts
To my amassment, Jeff did not
know these were the remains from the Roman days,
when they first occupied California and our wine fields
The Romans eventually fled
this new world as democratic hard liners with no clue moved in.
Eventually the Muni and cab systems would come out of this new regime
Well enough of politics and into the Exploratorium
Well it was nice to see that the Rolex was keeping time to the second
And they even had the "Welcome Jeff" sign out
For a moment I thought I had lost everyone, but I noticed them at one of the exhibits
Ann and Jeff taking a break
With all the racing going on,
we were able to sneak into the Saint Francis Yacht Club
for a drink to to check out the place
What a nice club! What a great view!
