Too many pictures for one section, so viewing the CD is a must if you want the full effect.

Here are some of the highlights

We had this great rental car, a Lexus LS200, because we wanted to take it out of Germany.
Hertz would not allow Mercedes and BMW cars to leave the country because they are stolen too often
by the former soviet bloc countries but the won't steal the Asian cars.
Gas was about $4 a gallon or about $50 to fill up

Our fist stop on the trip was Heidelberg.
It was such a nice town that we went back through it on the way home.

Murrhardt was the second stop

This was the store Bernd's father owned when he was younger, before coming to the US

We then went to a very old town called Rothenburg, what am I saying everything was old,
Rothenburg goes back to 800AD

From there we went to Stutgart to the Porsche museum.
With this baby I could kiss Jeff's ass!

And then over to the  Mercedes museum

The next stop was for a little R&R at the 125 year old bath houses in Baden-Baden
All the bath houses are nude coed, so it took me a minute to get use to that.

We then headed south to Lake Constance

A great little restaurant we found at the lake.
The food in Germany is the best ever, not to mention beer at every meal.

From there we went to Ludwig's Castle

Two goobers at the castle

A view looking back at the other castle. I want to be king...

As we went through the Alps it started to snow.
A farmer was walking his cows down the road as we went by.

Then into Italy and went to Venice

Another shot of the city. At high tide some areas were flooded

The famous tower in the square

Look out girls. high tide is here

Heading north from Venice we stopped at Lake Como. It was awesome

If you have been to Las Vegas you have seen Bellagio, here is the real city on the lake

Great restaurant and hotel on the lake

This is the hotel we stayed in Lake Como

We then crossed the border to Switzerland. Jackets and gloves.

The Alps were awesome, no picture does it justice.

Barry and Ann enjoying the moment.
Barry thought he has lost the Viagra but Ann found it

We went to the city of Ulm and went to this church

The view from the top tower. I can't believe we climbed to the top.

Never in my life have I seen Barry terrified, until he got up in this tower

This was the best 18 days I have ever spent on a vacation.
No laptop No cell phone.....

We shot over 800 digital images so this just doesn't do it justice
We will be carrying the CD with us to share, if your into that kind of thing...
