Yes it was the first weekend of summer. Time to also get the new boat on the water.

As like all Memorial Weekend trips, Jeff likes to rip one of my boats apart and install some new gadget
I can't live without and I must say this Memorial Weekend was no different.

He took one look at the ski boat and decided it needed a
new stereo w/ MP3 player, 200 Watts of power, and 4 new speakers.

A look at the boat at the dock at Jack London Square. Barry very happy with the new tunes...

And of course it has a remote so you don't have to get out of the seat to operate it.
My ears are still ringing from AC/DC

But after the cutting was done the crew was back to cruzing the waters and relaxing

No matter where we go, computers are always in the picture. With the new 802.11b network at
the marina (which I put in with the help of a few friends) we are always connected.
Jeff was also showing me samples of what the new format of web sites were going to look like

And of course did I mention the great food we cooked up?

The following day we went to the gas dock as I thought we might be coming
to the end of the 300 gallons of fuel I put into it 5 1/2 years ago
If the boat in front of us had been a little quicker we would have made it (honest),so I added another 200 gallons
$340.00 I know what Bill feels like now...A quick prime and we were under way again.

I did point out how clean that motor was, didn't I ??  A special thanks to Marty at Bay Marine Diesel she runs great!
Another free plug for his fine work...Visit Marty's site at

As we were getting fuel we noticed the Coast Guard Helicopter go over and saw the Hotel was on fire

Later that day we went to see the Matrix Reloaded, we got their an hour early and had the best seats in the house

Jeff even had time to bag some rays... That's because we ran out of projects...

Somewhere in all this we raced the remote controlled cars, these days with a few beers is was like a demolition derby, not to mention the ducks.. Never mind......,but I don't think we had the camera with us... OH well.

Next stop the Delta for a month in the sun June 28th through August 8th
