As I pulled out of the driveway towing the ski boat it was raining and the windshield wipers were going.
Barry gave me that look, but I'm glad we kept going and didn't look back, as it was a great weekend.

We started the weekend off with what I thought was a small project, replacing the main and mizzen travelers.

The mizzen was easy, about an hour. The main was another story. Barry operated the Sawzall, while I chiseled and cut.

More shots of the two day labor. Steve cutting off the bolt ends.

What a mess. It was nice when we finished.

Time for a ride in Patty's 1952 Chris craft. Jeff shows up straight from the track when he hears the word party.

The Master Mariner race was also this weekend. The party is just getting started at Encinal Yacht Club.

Pictures of us taking a ride in the ski boat after a long day of boat projects.

No ride is complete without beer.

And party it was. Two nights in a row.

Food, Drink, lots of friends

Then the moment of getting the boat out to test the new rig.

Shots of the new travelers. Also note the speed 9.8 knots... Look out Delta Run record (10.7 knots).

More pictures.

The Sherry's .. Also Jeff driving HIS boat....
