This was a surprise to see Bill and Gatecrasher coming out for the weekend

Sure was weird not having Barry and Ann with us. But the raft up was starting to form. Gatecrasher looks good along side.

The next stop was Sam's to pick up Jeff. As usual he needed a double Rum and Coke to start the weekend.

On Saturday we took Gatecrasher out for a spin, but it was just a little to cold. Bill insisted the sun was out the Gate.

Food, food and more food. Wine and beer also.

Then disaster struck. We woke on Monday to find the batteries were dead. I am glad we had a generator.
But with the two of us on board we were able to diagnose the problem and get us back to the dock.
Later I found the problem. See the crack on the battery switch? The date code was 1987.

Jeff soon jumped ship and left on the ferry, so Karen and I headed back to the slip
On the way home I thought I would add this song to commemorate Jeff's departure.

And now look at the weather.....Oh well next year.
